We normally have no problems stopping at a Loves, because they're usually on top of the bathrooms (and clean bathrooms are my biggest pet peeve while traveling) - but someone really dropped the ball here. Keep them sinks clean, and I'll rate your Loves higher ....
Great customer service, huge amount of products, clean restrooms, and great deals every month. They also have a clearance rack that comes out every weekend filled with great snacks and cool merchandise. Highly recommended.
It's a fairly good Loves. You'll come across some better ones out there, but still, it's pretty good. Bathrooms are generally clean, and, as usual with Loves, the store doesn't look like a wreck. Also, they've got a Chester's chicken.
Terrible service. Cashier made a mistake which is human BUT did not look at me or try to explain why I couldn't pay. She called for help. The man tried to unblock pump and still not a word to me. Then manager was called. Same thing. Not a word to me. No apologies. NOTHING. Took over 10 minutes to solve issue on the phone with possibly a help desk??? Talk about no customer appreciation or respect. Even the manager didn't even look at me..
Always plan my fuel / rest stops at Love's. Good way to spend a few minutes browsing, while waking up. Always clean environment and friendly staff.
The store, itself, was clean ... The ladies bathroom? Different story. It was "tidy" (ie, thrash wasn't strewn all over the floor, and the potties flushed appropriately) - but the sinks bowls were disgusting. Kind of looked like someone (who was filthy) had taken several baths in them (visible dirt caked at the bottom and sides of the bowl) - or like they hadn't been cleaned with cleanser for a month.
